Rules & Regulations

Duties and responsibilities you have to fulfill for the school as a proud daughter of the mother Janadhipathi Balika Vidyalaya.

 

1.On arrival at the school,

  • Arrive at the school before 7.15 am and clean the relevant places properly.
  • Students who have dropped out of school should come to school in appropriate attire.

 

2.At the beginning and end of daily school,

  • Cleaning of relevant places should be completed before 7.20 am.
  • To attend daily morning meetings and fitness exercises, classes must line up and take place when the first bell rings, and all work must be done with dignity and respect.
  • Stand up when you hear the first bell ringing at the end of school, chant stanzas, leave the class in a row, maintain silence in the classroom as well as outside the school, and maintain dignity.
  • If the religious rites, the national anthem, the environmental anthem are in the audible dimension, they should be sung aloud from the correct posture.

 

3. During school hours,

  • Avoid staying in places such as the hall or corridor during the eight periods allotted to the teaching-learning process.
  • Do not leave the classroom without formal permission after coming to school and it is mandatory to use an exit permit if leaving.
  • Be sure to stick to the schedule and ring the bell.
  • Avoid staying in the shade room and nearby benches during school hours.
  • Do not enter the checkpoint for any purpose.
  • At the time of transfer, at school, at the exit, when the road deteriorates, you should take a straight line to the right.
  • Follow the arrow as you walk down the stairs and in the corridor.
  • When a teacher climbs or descends a staircase, you should allow the teacher to stop for a while.
  • should avoid meeting with teachers without proper permission when they are thinking of doing something.
  • Avoid wandering near the head office unnecessarily and if you come to the office when needed, you should inform the Deputy Principal of the office of the relevant need.
  • Schoolgirls should not be allowed to bring unwanted items (perfumes, CDs, DVDs, PEN DRIVE, cameras, cell phones, watches, bands, etc.) without permission.
  • Upcoming achievements should be reported to the teacher in charge of the class and should now be obtained from the relevant teacher.
  • The teacher-parent relationship should be maintained and the student information book should be properly maintained.

 

4. Uniforms, appearance and behavior,

  • Must obey the school rules and regulations.
  • The uniform should be adjusted to the correct standard and worn neatly in order.
  • When using the uniform for off-school occasions, its dignity and reputation of the school should be preserved and in such cases the full uniform of the school should be used without any change in standard.
  • Do not wear jewelry (earrings, necklaces, threads of different colors, rings) that are considered inappropriate.
  • Avoid using cosmetics such as nail polish, lipstick, nail polish, eyebrow conditioner, hair thinning, or skin whitening.
  • The physical resources of the school and the environment, the physical resources of the class should be lovingly cared for and developed as their own
  • An exemplary leadership role should be maintained in the school and leadership should be respected.
  • When he has made a mistake, he should humbly admit it and not hesitate to admit his guilt.
  • Do not appear in the media without formal permission. Photographs of school uniforms should not be given to the media without permission.
  • When talking to a teacher, keep your hair behind your back and keep your hands behind your back.
  • We must always be polite and humane everywhere
  • Make the most of the resources and opportunities available at the school.
